The Zoar’s Ark Loyalty card remains the property of Zoar’s Ark and we reserve the right to decline, issue or withdraw the card at any time.

Register your card in-store and you will instantly receive loyalty points. Where the purchased item(s) exceed the value on your Loyalty card the tender can be split and an alternative method of payment used for the remaining balance.

Zoar’s Ark may modify any of the terms & conditions including but not limited to the methods through which points can be earned, how points can be used, the value of points earned and the conditions under which points may be forfeited, at any time, with or without notice.

Zoar’s Ark may terminate the Loyalty card at any time with notice in store or where the customers email address is on file, by email. Members will have 6months from the date of termination to use their points. Any points remaining will be forfeited and no compensation will be provided.

Minimum age 16 years.

A customers continued participation of the Loyalty card constitutes the customers acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Customers are responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to any changes that Zoar’s Ark may make to these Terms & Conditions.
