Directions for use: Place block into tray or bucket, add 3 litres of warm water. Top up with more water as required. Leave for 1 hr to allow it to expand fully. PH5.4 - 6.8

Pro Rep Coco Brick is an expandable reptile substrate that soaks in water and becomes a moist bedding for reptile and amphibians. It is made from natural sustainable coconut husk. It is clean and odour free.

The dry brick expands by 800% and holds many times its own weight in water. It is perfect for tree frogs, chameleons, crested geckos and salamanders.

It is highly absorbent of waste as well, which makes spot cleaning easy for you.

ProRep Straw Bedding can be used for tortoises as well as many other large snakes and lizards that originate from arid habitats. It is made from compressed straw pellets to provide a soft bedding that should not cause impaction if eaten. Directions: Spread the substrate evenly over the bottom of the enclosure to a depth of at least 1-2" (2.5-5cm). Spot-clean daily and completely replace every two or three weeks, or more frequently if it becomes heavily soiled or wet. This substrate should not be used wet. If you are using an under-tank heatmat as your heat source do not use a thick layer of Straw Bedding as this may cause the heatmat to overheat. Please refer to the heatmat manufacturer's instructions for more information.

ProRep Drainage Medium is produced by firing ash at a high temperature. As it fires the air bubbles in the material expand to form a honeycomb of interconnected chambers and create an inert, hard and lightweight material that will hold moisture and provides a large surface area for the growth of beneficial bacteria. Used in the base of bio-active terrariums it creates a reservoir of water which moistens the substrate from below and helps to create a natural moisture gradient. The large surface area within each ball provides the ideal habitat for beneficial bacteria which will neutralise potentially harmful waste products formed within the ecosystem.
