Follow some of our tips to get the best out of your puppy's Nylabone
To excite your puppy with his new chew simply scrape on a hard, rough surface to liven up the flavour, bring an old bone back to life in the same way.
To keep your chews clean give them a scrub with a brush under warm water, using mild, non-toxic detergent, and rinse thoroughly.
Check your pup's chew regularly, make sure it's whole and intact, with no missing pieces. Always replace if the knuckle ends are worn down, or if it becomes too small to chew safely.
These non-edible chews are made with nylon. They are NOT intended for consumption.

We offer standard delivery to mainland UK, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey and the delivery charge will be displayed to you when processing your order and payment.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is important to us as we always aim to provide the best products and service to all our customers.

If however you are not completely satisfied with any item you have purchased from us, please contact us on 01639 642180 within 14 days, state if you are requesting an exchange or refund, and we’ll instruct you on how to return your item to us, which must be unused, in a saleable condition and in its original packaging. When returning items, please make sure you insure them. We cannot offer refunds on items that are returned to us in an unsaleable condition.

Any item purchased online can also be returned, in person, to our store, but please contact us on 01639 642180 prior to travelling.

Once the item has been received back by us and inspected we will quickly give you a full refund (less the original delivery charge) or exchange the item for you.
