This simple patented rein attachment has been developed to provide the correct starting point for a relaxed, balanced and obedient horse. The Flexi-Rein® design allows your horse to naturally flex at the poll and neck, encouraging him to relax as the uptake of elastic relieves any extra tension and pressure on the sensitive mouth area. Ensures improved results every time you ride, whether out hacking, schooling or during competition and is also invaluable whilst lunging. Largely eliminates pulling, jogging, leaning on the bit, head tossing, snatching at the reins and relieves tension. Two levels of adjustment: the first for general schooling/hacking, the second for stronger horses or for faster work where more control is needed.

We offer standard delivery to mainland UK, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey and the delivery charge will be displayed to you when processing your order and payment.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is important to us as we always aim to provide the best products and service to all our customers.

If however you are not completely satisfied with any item you have purchased from us, please contact us on 01639 642180 within 14 days, state if you are requesting an exchange or refund, and we’ll instruct you on how to return your item to us, which must be unused, in a saleable condition and in its original packaging. When returning items, please make sure you insure them. We cannot offer refunds on items that are returned to us in an unsaleable condition.

Any item purchased online can also be returned, in person, to our store, but please contact us on 01639 642180 prior to travelling.

Once the item has been received back by us and inspected we will quickly give you a full refund (less the original delivery charge) or exchange the item for you.
