The Staywell® Original 2-Way Pet Door offers your dogs and cats the freedom and independence to come and go as they please. The 2-way pet door provides pet parents the option of snapping on a closing panel from the inside for convenient control over their pet’s coming and going. With the provided cutting template and easy installation guide, fitting this pet door is a simple DIY project. An optional tunnel extension made for thicker doors and walls is included with the medium and large size pet doors and is sold separately for the small size pet door. This pet door works with brick walls, and wooden, metal or PVC/uPVC doors, and includes a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty. The PetSafe® brand is here to help you and your pet to live happy together.

We offer standard delivery to mainland UK, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey and the delivery charge will be displayed to you when processing your order and payment.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is important to us as we always aim to provide the best products and service to all our customers.

If however you are not completely satisfied with any item you have purchased from us, please contact us on 01639 642180 within 14 days, state if you are requesting an exchange or refund, and we’ll instruct you on how to return your item to us, which must be unused, in a saleable condition and in its original packaging. When returning items, please make sure you insure them. We cannot offer refunds on items that are returned to us in an unsaleable condition.

Any item purchased online can also be returned, in person, to our store, but please contact us on 01639 642180 prior to travelling.

Once the item has been received back by us and inspected we will quickly give you a full refund (less the original delivery charge) or exchange the item for you.
