The Ancol Self-Heating Pet Pad is an innovative creation that warms your pet and will quickly become you cat's or dog's favourite nap spot. The clever thermal structure inside the pad reflects your pet's heat back to them to keep them cosy and warm. The lamb fleece style cover is soft and comfortable, and can be removed and machine washed for a thorough and fuss-free clean. The Ancol Self-Heating Pet Pad is available in three different sizes and can be used in a dog crate, on the floor, or on your pet's favourite chair to keep it free of fur.

Delivery to UK, Isle of Man & Channel Islands.

We offer standard delivery to mainland UK, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey and the delivery charge will be displayed to you when processing your order and payment.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is important to us as we always aim to provide the best products and service to all our customers.

If however you are not completely satisfied with any item you have purchased from us, please contact us on 01639 642180 within 14 days, state if you are requesting an exchange or refund, and we’ll instruct you on how to return your item to us, which must be unused, in a saleable condition and in its original packaging. When returning items, please make sure you insure them. We cannot offer refunds on items that are returned to us in an unsaleable condition.

Any item purchased online can also be returned, in person, to our store, but please contact us on 01639 642180 prior to travelling.

Once the item has been received back by us and inspected we will quickly give you a full refund (less the original delivery charge) or exchange the item for you.
