Local Delivery - Super-fast, personal delivery - same day or next day from our Zoar's fleet of vans:

Local customers are free to use the nationwide delivery options as well, but note the limitations on heavy and / or bulky items.
National Delivery - We use Royal Mail for smaller items and DPD for orders over £30:
- Orders up to £30 - £3.95
- Orders £30 - £75 - £5.95
- Orders £75+ - FREE (Excluding Bulky Items)
Heavy / Bulky Items
For those items that are too large or heavy for a courier to transport, we charge £7 additional cost to each item added. These items are marked Bulky / Heavy on the website. Bulky items are ALWAYS subject to a £7 per item charge for national delivery, including orders over £75.
Local Delivery Bulky Items Note: the £7 charge per item is only applicable on national delivery that uses Royal Mail or couriers. There is no surcharge on local delivery whatever the total order amount.
Collection
Order before 4pm (2pm on Sundays) for same day collection at our Neath store. Allow an hour before collecting and bring proof of purchase (confirmation email). Available 7 days a week (minus seasonal and bank holidays).
Description
Chamomile produces pretty daisy like white and yellow flowers which are used to make a tea to aid insomnia, a skin wash and a shampoo for blonde hair. Chamomile is packed full of healthy benefits and vitamins. It grows to a height of about 60cm (24").
Sow Outside
In mild spring weather. Broadcast or sow in shallow drills, covering with fine soil. Thin when large enough to handle. Prefers full sun.
Harvest
When the flower heads are fully open and dried by the sun.
Handy Tip
A herbal tea can produced using, 1/2 of a cup of dried catnep 3/4 of a cup of dried chamomile 1 cup of dried lemon balm 1/4 cup of dried mint 1.4 cup of dried lemon grass Mix the herbs thoroughly, and store in an air tight container. For a cup of tea, use 2 tsp in a cup of boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes and strain out the herbs.
Uses
Chamomile has cosmetic and medicinal uses. Infuse as a facial steam and as a hand soak to soften and whiten the skin, also can be used as an eyebath. Flowers can be used in the bath to soothe sun burnt skin.
