Out of Stock
Our website updates daily and is linked to our stock management system. It is good, but not perfect, and there is normally an 8-24 hour gap between us selling out of a product, and it being shown on the website. If you order a product that is out of stock we will notify you straight away. We will let you know if it will be coming back in to stock soon, or if there are good alternatives. We will never charge you for a product that we do not have. we do not use third party warehousing. That means that an in stock product is on the shelf in our store, not in a warehouse in Holland!
Post and Packing
These rates apply to Mainland Britain.
Postage on goods is £7.00, with the following exceptions:
Next day special delivery is charged at Post Office Rates. We will do everything possible to make sure that a delivery reaches you on time, but we cannot guarantee that the Post Office service will deliver on time once a Parcel is out of our hands. We would urge you to plan ahead if you possibly can and allow 3-5 days for delivery.
Heavy items.
Heavy items such as saddles over 10kg will be charged at cost. This varies from £7.95 to £25 we will not despatch an item without notifying you first of the incresased postal cost.
What if I am not Satisfied with the Product?
If any product that we supply does not meet your expectations, we will happily exchange, replace, or refund your money on any product returned to us, within 7 working days of delivery. The seven day cancellation period does not constitute a seven day free trial of the goods. You have a right to examine the goods and are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods during that period.
Products are returned at the sender's risk and expense.
Pictures and Descriptions on the Website
We do our best to get a picture with accurate colours and description on the site. Sometimes however we are unable to show every colour variation, in which case the colour description on the product shows the true colour. Occasionally we get it wrong. If you are unsure, give us a phone or email and we will check colours against the product on display for you. We do respond to Customer enquiries, and we always welcome feedback to help us improve our website.
